To begin, enjoy marinated fish salad or pan-fried fish liver, a rare delicacy. This is followed by delicately Lake Zurich trout, succulent whitefish, perch, or pike fillets, carefully and precisely deboned. The selection is complemented by chosen meat dishes: Angus fillet from the Zurich Oberland, braised venison shoulder from Stäfa, or crispy guinea fowl breast.
